Tell us all of your "must haves" for your new residence! Napkin notes and Pinterest pins are accepted forms of inspiration for your new chapter! 

We work to identify the perfect plot of land or neighborhood in the Broken Arrow, Tulsa or surrounding area to be the cornerstone of your custom residence. 

These initial meetings will help determine your price range, design budget & help us map out a plan for your new way of life! 

Once we know where we are building and your budget, we can get a home site survey complete & sent to the architect. This is designed specifically for your lot! 

The rough drawing of your home is starting to come together! Clients meet directly with the architect to get the initial plans to an official blue print stage before we start construction.

Once we have final blueprints for your Mastered Home, we are able to finalize budget & specs and can deliver to the lender for an appraisal to approve your construction loan. 

It's official! We break ground when the lender approves your construction loan! This is about 60-70 days from the Architectural Meeting.

A professional designer will help guide you in a series of meetings to choose custom selections for your home from the best vendors in town to give your home it's unique personality & style! 

As construction unfolds, our skilled craftsman will ask you to meet on-site  to get specific on requests & address questions. The goal is to keep construction moving forward and make sure all is in order for your new home!

We are finished with construction and want to introduce you to your new abode! Get an in-depth tour of the components of your new home during this instructional meeting. 

You are headed to the bank to close on your new home with keys in hand! 

You can't get rid of us that easy! We come back 60 days after your close to check in on your Mastered Home to fix any issues & make sure you are still smiling!
